Hi,

For generating a writeback in Qlik Sense Standard, there's only one method: using an Input Box object. You can control its value through additional buttons and then write back the variable into a table from there on you will be able to Store it as a qvd. You can refer to the first few minutes of this YouTube video for more details:

If you need something more specific, you'll require a third-party tool like Write, Inphinity, or TrueChart.

best regards Son

Hi,

By default, Qlik Sense is primarily a read-only analytics platform, so writing user inputs (such as comments)directly back to a QVD from a dashboard is not supported out of the box.

If user input needs to be captured within the dashboard, a separate writeback approach is usually required. For example, SenseOps Writeback is one option that allows users to enter comments or other inputs from a Qlik Sense dashboard and store them in a backend database. This makes it possible to capture feedback, notes, or annotations within the app.
