I have below challenge which required your help. Please have a look and put your views:
Condition 1 - If there is a single out of support from particular Country then the whole country (state) should get counted under "Out Of Support", no matter if other state in same country has future "OBSOLETE DATE"
Out Of Support = Obsolete Date < Current Month
Condition 2 - If there is no "out of support" for a country and it has state which "OBSOLETE DATE" is matching with current month then the current month column should show the count of all present state for particular country however if there are more state which has future "OBSOLETE DATE".
Condition 3 - If Country has multiple states which has future "OBSOLETE DATE" then we should show the count of all the state based on latest future date means (Min(OBSOLETE DATE)
We need to avoid duplication of country count.
