I want to run Excel using the execute command statement.

Dear.

I need help.

I want to run Excel using the execute command statement.

I followed the help file.

1) changed setting.ini file

2)  turn off standard mode.

3) restart engine service.

but Execute command not working
Excel program is not be executed

What did I miss?
