Icon not showing next to value

I have this expression to show an icon:

If(Spend > Spend_prev, 'lui-icon lui-icon--triangle-top','lui-icon lui-icon--triangle-bottom')

but that won't give any result.

The dimension is a valuelist.

Spend and Spend_prev are master measures

What am I missing?
