Incomplete visualization when using master item

I have a stacked bar chart with master measure to assign a particular color to the bars. As a developer , all visualizations are fine in mine. But for all my users, the chart is displayed as incomplete visualization. And the visualization is only displayed if I remove the master item. How can I resolve this?

Does your app have any Section Access that only gives access to some fields to your user?

Try adding this master item as a measure to  a kpi or table to check if it calculates the expected value
