Incremental load script

Can anyone please me exact incremental load script in Qlik sense.

I have database table---->>>Table1

and i already load my data into----> lib://abhijit/table1.qvd(qvd). file

Now, i want to apply incremental load this timestamp date column---->>UPDATE_DATE

Please tell me exact script in qlik load script editor.
