Inquiry Regarding Offline License Activation for Qlik Sense on Windows (On-Premises)

We are considering applying a license for Qlik Sense on Windows in an on-premises environment.

Since our environment has no network connectivity, we consulted with our Premium Support representative, who presented us with the following two options:

Long-term offline operation with SLK – Requires a procedural lead time
Temporary offline license activation – Valid for a limited period
We have the following points we would like to clarify and confirm, and would appreciate your responses:

A. Are the methods described in options "1" and "2" above actually available?

B. What is the application/request procedure for each option?

C. If option "2" is available, what is the lead time required?

A. Yes , both methods are actually available. in long term method, you dont need to activate internet on server. Qlik will give you offline license, which you will have to renewal before expiry date.

C. In option 2, you activate internet for short amount of time , so Qlik sense can connect your license to Qlik License Backend Server. Qlik allows the server to stay offline for up to 90 days before it must reconnect to Qlik License Backend Server again
