Inquiry about KPI charts in dashboard not visible

Good afternoon everyone!

I would like to see if anyone had the situation in which a dashboard does not allow you to add more KPI charts, or even enter to the existing KPI charts to view or edit the formula.

When entering a new KPI, it just appears blank like this, without the option to add the measure formula:

On the other hand, when trying to edit an existing KPI, it does not allow me to see the formulas it has inside or edit them ... but it ignores that I am selecting it and this happens to me with all the KPI objects in the app.
