Is Qlik Sense's standard chart elements source code available?

I am new to Qlik world and I try to understand more about how it works.

Can a developer somehow access (for study) the source code of the standard chart elements?

I know that the Qlik Sense server have those code files in the installation path of the server, but how about a Qlik Sense Desktop?
