Is it possible to merge/group expression value in Qlik Sense ?

Please help me with your expertise suggestion/ solutions for below mentioned query :
If you see the use case present in the attachment, for sales line no1 related to sales person A, there exists a total value of 10 and It is getting repeated for each service line, my requirement is that I want to merge these two value and show it at once as mentioned in column F.
Is it possible to merge/group expression value in Qlik Sense ?
