Is there a way to display % within the stacked bars?

I want to display the value of the measure in center of the bar. Is there a way to do this using Qlik sense default chart?

Yes.

Apparently you are using an extension or the "Bar & area chart" , but you can create a measure to divide the value by the total value.

Example:  Sum(Value)/Sum(Total Value)
