Issue with 100% Bar Chart

Greetings,

I've been having an issue related to a 100% stacked bar chart. Essentially, I'm taking several related SQL tables in order to pull in the square footage of facilities, then classifying their units by occupancy status. However, as you can see below, the percentages are coming back well over 100%. I think there may be an issue with the formula, but I'm unsure. Can anyone help? Formula is:

SUM([Square Ft])/SUM(total <[LastDayOfMonth-unu_dtm_Datetime.autoCalendar.YearMonth]> ([Square Ft]))

Sure, I can do that. Would a workbook of some of the table data work? I'm also pasting the table relationship layout below.
