Issue with Area Map in Qlik Sense

We are currently facing an issue with the Area Map in Qlik Sense. We have checked both the Area Map and Point Map functionalities:

• The Point Map is working as expected.
• The Area Map is not working.

This issue is occurring both in Qlik Sense Desktop and Qlik Sense hub.

Since the Area Map is required, could you please check and share the RCA from your side at your convenience?

Not sure what you are considering as "an area"? 

Have you loaded your predefined areas as KML files? Based on your screenshot you are using the same coordinates for point and for area which does not make sense in this case.

Via load script to your Qlik data model. Just like normal data.
