Issue with Extract Data pop-up in Qlik Sense 3.1

When using Qlik Sense 3.1 a User is unable to use the right mouseclick function within a Qlik Sense app in Internet Explorer.

Using the same URL in Google Chrome, the pop-up appears perfectly. The pop-up contains all possible features to Export data, create PDF, make a snapshot etc.

What can I do to have this pop-up also available in Internet Explorer? The pop-up blocker has already been looked at.
