Issue with Trellis chart

Hello Qlik People,

We want to create two charts

1)current year - Rolling 12 Months data for the current Year from current Month

2)previous year- Rolling 12 Months data for Previous Year from last same Month

We have 24 months data 

I tried to create Trellis chart for this requirement. But trellis chart is showing same values for two charts . Screenshot

attached. 

MonthYear is same for two charts, Help me out to solve the issue.
