Issues with Qliksense Desktop creating new report

hi

we are currently using Qliksense Aug 2021 version of Qliksense desktop

We have enabled login to qliksense desktop using client authentication link, it worked as expected in my environment.

however there were issues when replicating the same in users environment. the environment is stuck while trying to add any connections.

anyone encountered similar issue and would appreciate if you could suggest a fix ?
