I'm trying to increase my user experiance to 15 minutes and the max time for the keep-alive timeout is 5 minutes. they are very frustrated becasue of that.
The keep-alive timeout relates to http requests and is set to a maximum of 300 seconds (5 minutes) by design. This should only be set to the maximum number in case of slow connections etc. and is unrelated to timeouts on the user session (your user experience).
What you want to set is the session inactivity timeout on the virtual proxy.
