Labels appear in multiple languages instead of the user's default language

I'm hoping someone can assist with this as it hasn't been reported before.

This is happening on a few of our clients, below is one example.

This is a multi-language site that integrates with our system. We have set the default languages on each users profile and set the labels to look for that default. We created the required multi-language file with the the correct references so the labels use that language e.g =Only({<Index={'SC12'}>} [$(=vDataLanguage)]). This particular user is defaulted to English.

We have set the language on Qlik to only display one language (dependant on the user's default). His OS is defaulted to English as well.

Could it possibly have to do with the amount of data affecting the refresh rates? This is happening on a few clients and it only happens when you cycle through the sheets using the labels to navigate between them.

This hasn't been raised with Qlik before, and occurs on the web app and desktop version.

you'll have to make some tests to find the cause.

Large data sets can indeed affect refresh rates and potentially lead to delays in rendering dynamic content such as labels. Network latency also can cause delays in loading the language. The issue seems to arise when cycling through sheets, test if the issue occurs when navigating directly to the sheets in question rather than cycling through them. Test across different browsers to rule out browser-specific issues and ensure that the browsers are up to date.

You can create a simplified version of your dashboard with a minimal data set and only a few sheets. This can help isolate whether the issue is related to the complexity and size of the data or the dashboard configuration.
