Layering a sliding Widget on top of other objects

Hi,

I have created a Vertical Sliding Menu bar Widget using CSS. When you click on the menu it slides from the left side of the screen showing navigation options. But when I use the widget in the sheet, it displays behind the Chart objects. Since there is no layer property in Sense, I'm unable to layer the widget in the topmost layer. Any suggestions?
