License applied successfully but no tokens available

Hi Qlik Support,

I raised the ticket number 02168706, however I did not have any reply. I have been facing an issue with the license I applied which seems to have been done successfully, but no tokens are available as you can see in the screenshot. Does someone kindly help me?
