License monitor not picking up new data
Hello,
Having a bit of a weird issue with the license monitor. The Operations Monitor is running fine, and the license monitor is running, but only picking up a tiny amount of data from april?
It seems to only pick up a little bit of data, and what it does get is coming from the REST connector portion of the load, despite being able to see them all there, and it seemingly pointing at the right place, it isn't picking up any of the log files?
We dont have the logs server turned on, so I've forced the '1' flag to only load the files.
Anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Or, anyone have a really thorough / comprehensive guide as to how I can make sure I'm doing a full, base reload, checking for all files and not just new ones? (I kind of feel like this might be what's going on, somehow).

I would probably reconfigure the apps, first remove the QVD's and then reconfigure :

If this is a multi-node environment, make sure that the log paths are UNC paths to prevent any issues, the details are in the article above.
