Hi would anyone know how to lay out an excel sheet in order to make a line graph in qlik like the one below where the coloured lines represent the partners.

The simplest solution in your case is to use the crosstable function in Qlik:

Then use your Date field as the first dimension and your partner as the second. You will therefore have one row per partner.
