Line with Oval chart (New Visual) in Qlik Sense

Hi All,

Our client is expecting different visual from us to show different KPI's (actual values)

Refer the below image for new visual.

They are not compromised for bullet chart and any other visual.

Kindly share any ideas,  how do we achieve it.

Note: based on values Oval/square should move.
