Load Varbinary Images from SQL Server 2016

Hello,

I have images stored in a SQL Server 2016 database. They are stored as varbinary and display as shown in the screen shot below. I want to load this into a table within a QS app and display the image next to the corresponding fields. Has anyone been able to do this or have any suggestions on how to go about accomplishing this?
