Location is not match in Map

Hello, I have a problem with map function. I tried to create a map with location of city but not all the city have the correct location and some also disappear from map. So I used lat and long to help me get the right location but instead of the right location they are all disappear. The table about lat and long that I used

In location in map I used 

'['&long&','&lat&']'

Can you help me?

Not sure if those values are making sense.  What cities are you trying to show ?

I would like to show all 77 provinces from Thailand.

I can used point layer to show all the provinces I want but I cannot use area layer
