Log Details not visible for - Adding and duplicating dimension and measure

Log Details not visible for - Adding and duplicating dimension or measure by someone.

While Adding and duplicating dimension and measure by  someone(Other than the publisher)  in the published app that edit and log details not visible , and without removing that published app we won't be able to revert that change also. 

Do have any option to get log details for this kind of changes ?

Do we have any provision to revert the changes without removing the existing published app?

I'm not sure if there is a way to do this out of the box but there is a tool from Motio called Soterre, which we have been testing that has this functionality.
