Login license in sense : how many sessions are consumed when a user moves from mobile to desktop interface ?

We want to encourage the mobile usage of Sense.

However, how many sessions will a user consume when he opens the dashboard on his mobile device, then moves to his laptop for deeper analysis within the same hour ? Will he consume 2 sessions ?

And what happens if he logs out of his session, then logs in again within the same hour ? Will it consume 2 sessions too ?

Confirmed, 2 different interfaces (mobile + desktop)  consume only one login access. Until 5 devices are supported.

I think not, He consume 1 login because is the same user within 1 hour

It will depend on how the "license" sessions are technically counted.

If you login from 2 different interfaces (mobile + desktop), I suppose you will initiate 2 different technical sessions ?

If you login, then logout, then login again, you will also initiate 2 different technical sessions...

Can anyone clarify how the Qlik Sense server will actually count the sessions ?

According to what we have just heard in the licensing session, I understood the following :

- If you are an identified user, only 1 login access session will be consumed per hour, even if you connect from different devices within the same hour.

- If you are an anonymous user, you will consume 1 login access session at every login

Is this correct ?

This means however that an anonymous extranet can become very expensive, and it will be difficult to manage a guaranteed access, since the number of connections will not be precisely predictable.

Not applicable

But with the anonymous login there is no chance to do that? With anonymous if one logout and login again on the same device, count that 2 token, correct?

That's correct,

anonymous users will consume a login access at every new login.
