As displayed in the image below,

There are multiple feedback for single ProfileKey (for ex: 48861), but we need to take only top 10 feedback based on condition (Feedback = 'Good') along with the condition that it should only consider <=10 and replace other values with 20 if it is grater than 10.

Could anyone please help to get the output as shown in final table in the image:
