Map point layer show only when calculation is true

Hello,

How i can exclude points on map? 

Basicly i need to put if else to somewhere but i dont know where. 

Example of if else if(avg(time)>10, show on map, Do not show on map)

i think if else should be here but it is grayed and cannont be selected.
