I have a matrix with defined goals of each sales rep with their bonuses. In the x-axis, there's the sales growth% compared to the previous year, while in the y-axis it shows the margin growth%, also compared to the previous year. Inside the matrix, the bonuses are shown. For example, if a sales rep increases sales by +5% and the margin by 0.2pp, he gets 50% of his bonus.
I would like to link this matrix to our business development to show our sales reps where do they stand each month in their bonus.
