Memory allocation failed when reloading app in Qlik Sense

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue when trying to reload an app in Qlik Sense. The reload process runs for over an hour and then fails with the following error:

From the log, it looks like the script is trying to load around 256,002,419 rows (≈256 million). After that point, the reload stops with the memory allocation error and the data does not get loaded.

What’s important is that this issue only started happening after I upgraded Qlik Sense Enterprise to May 2025 Patch 4. Before the upgrade, the same app and load script worked fine without errors.

The server has 96 GB RAM.

Both Qlik Sense and NPrinting are installed on the same server

Has anyone some solution for this problem?
