I want to know if we can merge all the different apps and show it under one app. If yes, what would be the pros and cons and if we cannot, what should be the reason .
what do you mean by merging all apps into single app ? Do you mean combining data models from all apps and creating all available sheets in single app ?
If that's what you are trying to do, there is no direct UI functionality that will let you to do so. You will have to manually create associations and rename fields to keep all models separate in a single app. Also you will have to manually create all sheets.
It will obviously increase the loading time as you are combining several data models.
Still you can search the web. You will find many articles containing best practices and techniques to build optimized data model. That can reduce the loading time to a certain extent.
This isn't really a meaningful question. Whether or not you can/should combine multiple apps into a single app depends on a large number of factors, including but not limited to:
* Whether or not the apps share common dimensions/logic
* The size of each individual app
* The business usage case for combining them
There is no single generic answer for this question.
Do you really want to merge all apps into one app or are you really wanting a Home or Landing Page where you can have one app where you launch different apps from? You can achieve that by using buttons or text and image charts arranged on a single sheet that contain links to the other apps.
