Missing rows when NPrinting send a html report in the mail body

Dear Qlik Community,
The legend of chart and table content are missing in the mail body (NPrinting HTML reports).
That’s happened random.

some times , It shows the data every rows.

Please help and advice if we have any better solution for this issue.
