Multi KPI does not have conditional formatting option - Sept 2019 Release

According to the September 2019 Release Notes, this was fixed though i only see a toggle button in edit mode to turn on the conditional formatting option, though no where to enter my formula. Am I missing something????

Jira issue ID: QLIK-96228
Description: Conditional coloring for measures not enabled in Multi KPI. With this fix, the extension Multi KPI
has been updated to enable conditional formatting for measures.

Did you find a solution to this?  I was going to post the same question but I saw you had already posted it.
