Hello Everyone,
I work as a Business Intelligence Developer. We use Qlik sense Enterprise in our company.
Yesterday, I created the entire dashboard and I had to present it to my managers today. But when I woke up today and opened the file to do some minor changes, I see that my entire work is not saved. It is big worrisome for me now. It took me almost 12 hours to generate the entire dashboard. I am very frustrated now.
Can someone please help me out here and guide me how to recover my work.
Thank you for always being there for the Qlik users and solving their doubts. I hope you will give me some solution which will help me to get my yesterday's visualization back.
Hi
Are you using qliksense desktop or in the hub?
Hey, I am using the hub.
I had the same issue four months back in the enterprise environment, luckily it was not a 12 hour effort but 2 hours effort. I went ahead and recreate. My support team was not able to find out the root-cause. I never get the same issue again. In my case, the changes disappeared from my Work Stream suddenly, like I was working on an app in the work stream I closed the app and tried to open for some changes after 5 minutes then I see all my changes disappeared. Not able to replicate the same issue again, but I had the same issue what you are describing.
It's a huge bug in Qlik. I had to sit for that same work for the entire day and still haven't finished it. I am worried that the same problem should not occur. I will try to take the backup today.
If it a have problem of auto-saving the work then it should implement a save button for our convenience.
Are you on the newest version of Qlik? This was a bug that I had issues with in the past. There even was once a save button. In the newest versions of Qlik it doesn't seem to be an issue and the save button has been gone for some time.
If you are on the most recent version of Qlik, I would open a support ticket to make them aware of the issue.
Hey @Steven_Haught ,
I checked it on hub. It shows November 2019 version.
@amol If possible I would upgrade to the newest version. This is likely the issue. Once on the current version, if still experiencing the issue, opening a help ticket would be the next step.

You may inadvertently overwrite your project's load script under the following scenario, even with the latest QlikSense version, e.g. September 2020.
The steps above are a possibility explaining how part of your application's script disappeared.
Hi Is there any solution for this issue . We are also getting complaints that the developers are loosing there hours of work.
