Hi, 

Is there a way to send to users another email if a task in NPrinting is failing because there is no data? 

I want to have an email sent to users(probably a different nPrinting task) every time another reports fails because there is no data in the source for that report?

Hi,

You can use setting section to send email when Nprinting has an error.
