Navigate to a particular portion of the Sheet

Hi,

I have developed a dashboard which contains around 10 sheets. 

I have created the 11th sheet which only contains text & image data which behaves like a user manual/dashboard guide.

I have create 1 block describing each sheet within the dashboard. (extended sheet -- scrolling). I have provided buttons in each sheet which navigates to this particular view. The only problem i am facing is that, the button navigates to the top of this sheet.

Question: Is there a way to navigate to a particular block of this sheet depending upon which sheet i choose?

Like, when i click on the button in sheet 4, it should automatically navigate to sheet 11 and scroll down to block no. 4

Is it possible to do so? if no, is there an alternative solution to display the user manual respective to a particular sheet within the same dashboard?

hi there, I kind of got it to work.. but I am trying to figure out why the layout of the sheet got messed up meaning the very top part of the sheet got cut off to half.  Maybe it is related to the stylesheet.
