Need help in creating a line chart with three dimensions in x-axis in Qliksense

We want to create a line chart with three dimensions in x-axis,Below is the snapshot on how x -axis should look like.

We have tried creating with two dimensions on x-axis using dummy variable,but not successful with three.

Kindly help is with any workaround or any pointers to it are also helpful.
