Need help in showing all dimensions in pivot table when there is no record

Hi all, I need help in showing the dimensions in pivot table when there is no record for any specific period. below is the sample data and the screenshot my pivot table. when i select programme code - BAH-KA , the dimensions going off. I want to show all the dimensions in the pivot table and show 0 when there is no record for any selection in the filter. Please help me with this.

I am not sure if there is any official way to do this.

However my usual workaround is to add 0 to the measure using Sum({1} 0), this way all dimension will always have value.
