Need to create Rolling 12 months chart.

I am having Month_ Year, Manager and User ID column. I need to count the User ID of managers in 12 months rolling. My dimensions would be Year_Month and Manager and expression is Count(User ID). How should i achieve in my Qlikview line chart. I have data from 2021 amd 2022.
