Need to flag a table record based on another table latest record

Hi There

Need to flag a table record based on another table latest record.

Contact:

Email Address, Subscribed

1@test.com, Yes

2@test.com, No

Unsubscribed:

Email Address, Date

2@test.com, 11/3/2018

When a contact subscribe or unsubscribe the record will comes in "Unsubscribed" table and based on the latest status i've to flag the "Contact" table.

Please help to achieve this in load script.

How Unsubscribed table will come? Can you specify the result what you want to look?
