Nice error message when no data is present in Section Access

Hi,

I have a few apps, where some users have access to the app - but for now no data is matching with the SA_KEY in Section Access. When the user opens the app, they get an "Access Denied" error message.

I would like to show a nicer error message. Any ideas on how to do that?
