Some times Developed one application showing No sheets available, After restart qlik sense services issue was got resolved, Kindly requesting a solution for this matter without restart .

If the App is too heavy(large in size) it will usually take some time to load up
I've seen this too but it would load after a few seconds, and never had to restart any services
