I am setting up Custom Property and then applying but its not showing up and same settings with same security rule is working for previous user too. Just making a new user with different ID
user.@App="ERI" Security rule is simple too, Property is applied with App
I'm afraid I can't see that, because you didn't include a capture of the property value setup...
The first thing to check here - which isn't pictured - is whether the value is under the correct property.
Past that, is it possible the user does not have permissions to any content within the app and Section Access is enabled? Has the user been assigned a license? Either of these can prevent access to an app with "Access Denied" (although the latter typically shows a different message).
You're going to have to clarify things a little, I think. What exactly are you trying to achieve? Where's the setup for the customer property? What's the security rule?
I am trying to give custom property to this user which is already, despite of giving this in custom property for this user its not getting applied as you can see in above screenshot.
I am trying to give this user "eri_prod" access to a stream and an app.
Stream Name : ERI
App Property : eri_prod
Custom Property Created : eri_prod
Security rule is already their for different apps for Stream Access as "Stream_6a...." with Read and Publish property and contains entries like user.@App="ERI" , user.@App="eri_prod" with OR condition and its working for all other users. Stream and App is being shown to user but on opening App its showing "Access Denied"

Thanks @Or it was just Section Access, I forgot I had applied and didn't put in reload after creating this new user.
