Nprinting Report does not refresh after qvw refresh

Hello folks

We are using Nprinting version - Qlik NPrinting May 2021 SR1 ( Version: 21.14.4.0), I have setup report after setting connection first time and data seems to be ok which is mapped from a chart in source qvw. After the source qvw chart  is refreshed with new data, the nprinting report does not reflect the data from source qvw. 

Can you please advise where I am going wrong?
