ODAG not possible for analyzer users?

Hello,

Do analyzer users have the ability to use the ODAG functions?

I keep getting a "failed to create new request for link ' :: forbidden - 403

I'm guessing it's licencing related, but can't find any reference for that. (and if indeed it's licencing related, i'm not sure to see this as "fair" 🙂 )

it's not related to analyzer license

an analyzer can create an app by odag

he won't be able to edit it though
