OR query - Issue with alternate states to control selections

Hope you are doing well!

I have a requirement like have to implement or query in ad-hoc kind of report.

if you see in above screenshot, left side I have two filters with same dimension but it will work like or logic means if you made any selection in Q1 it won't impact Q2 and vice versa, I have achieved this with alternate states. but problem here is if I made any selections in any other filters like Country, The above Q1 and Q2 filters not showing associated data, those are always showing all data due to alternate states.

Is there any solution to display only associated data in above filters based on selections and at same time if I made any selection in Q1 it won't impact Q2 and vice versa.
