Oledb connection not listed in create data connection

Hi, 

I'm Marcello a Qlik App developer and i'm facing two problem relataed to data connection.

1) Trying to create an oledb connection, the installed  oledb Oracle 32 provider is not listed.

2) An other user can see the provider required. This user created the required data  connection and assigned me as owner to it. But in the right side panel data connection I cannot see the new data connection.

I've rebooted the server where oledb Oracle 32 driver was installed, i've restarted my browser, but the 2 problems still occurs.

I Can't figure out what 's happenig.

You do not have the proper read/write permissions for the Data Connection

Ask the other user to do an audit to check for any conflicting/missing security rules  for that connection
