P&L Statement Structure in Qliksense

Hello All,

I have a requirement to display a complete P&L structure in a Pivot table even though I don't have the amount in the transaction table. 

So I started creating a structure in Excel as shown below and tried joining with the Transaction table.

As I wanted all the descriptions from this Excel joining based on PID.

I tried right join, outer join, and Qlik association but in every case  I have only all the PIs from the transactional table not from my Excel.

My Excel PIs are always getting filtered based on my transactional data. And I am missing the complete structure.

At least with outer join, I should get all records from both tables. But that is not happening.

Anything I am missing here?
