Partial reload Qlik Sense via the in-app Button object

Hello, 

Can someone explain me how to use the Partial reload Qlik Sense via the in-app Button object.

My issue is that it doesn't allow user to use the button (even if they are app owner). Works only if you are admin.

I try almost every security rules found only but can't find a solution.

I just want a rule that allow user (Who can read the app) to perform a partial reload via th in-app Button object.
